The interviewer

Richard, the AI interviewer

Richard is the interviewer who works here. He runs cases with you the way a real interviewer does, follows your reasoning as it develops, scores the run, and tells you plainly what to fix next.

How a session runs

You open a case and Richard conducts it. He presents the problem, asks for your structure, probes the reasoning you offer, and releases exhibits and data as the case calls for them. When the run ends, he scores it against the five line rubric the Case Room states before a run begins: structure, math, data and exhibits, communication, and the recommendation.

After the score, the diagnosis

A score alone does not tell you what to do next, so Richard reads the scored run and names one specific weak spot in plain words. That diagnosis becomes your next step on your dashboard, with a route to the exact briefing or case that fixes it. The next session starts from that step rather than from a blank page.

He remembers your progress

Richard remembers your year, school, level progress, readiness history, case and drill scores, and story bank, so he can greet you by your progress and route you to the material that fixes your weak spot. You can see everything he remembers on your account page and clear it at any time. The Privacy page states the full account of what is kept and the controls you hold.

A free account is enough to run the whole loop once: a scored case, the diagnosis, and the next step it sets.
